__________________ If the guys who design 'em had to take one home, use it every day for 2 years, and do all the maint and repairs themselves, cars would have a button on the dash to change the oil, filters & plugs. |

| Got so good bbq places here Alabama, I go crazy just trying to figure out where to go when I don't feel like cooking it my self. If you can't have fun in life what is the sense of living. Hate being bored and without laughter

| ill cook with red oak or a hickory. if hickory, so that dude in apple cider and let it dry out. you talk about a good flavor then. looking for some good peach trees to take down somewhere. any kind of fruit tree has the potential to cook with. |

| love cooking with apple wood, I have never soaked the wood in cider before , I have used beer and whiskey soaked wood in a smoker and it turned out pretty good

| check this out. take a deep pan and pour the apple cider vinegar in there. prop your chicken there above it like you were making beer can chicken. talk about good. you can also take chicken pieces and throw them on there with a little bbq sauce and sprinkle some sugar on there for a thin crust. thats pretty good too. |
