It is a good thing grease does not have a shelf life.

I am flipping the hubs on one of my deuces so I can put duals back on it. I figured this can of grease from 1976 should do the job just fine. My dad brought this new can home way back when he was in the Army Reserve (he was in the Marine Corps first). He died in 1997 but prior to that he and I both had been using the grease in this can. When I go into four wheel drives I started using high dollar grease and this can got stuck back. I figured I would go ahead and use it on this deuce. I may not survive it, so this might be the last job this can of grease completes. The funny thing is this can is one year older than I am.

That stuff there, is probably better than anything you can buy today. I am not sure if the EPA has made the mfrs, and that is short for manufactures, not mother fers, take out certain ingrediants of grease also.
So you are finally on working on killing your other thread???

This stuff works great. The hubs are spinning much better now.

Not really, I knew it would not be smiled upon if I ncluded this subject in that thread. I do not see what it matters. you are the only one who responded to this one any way.
