Sorry, yes the ? was meant for Cz. I have had 2 Kodaks, loved them both. I had HP's before these. But I bought the first Kiodak, a DX7630. Loved it. Great pic quality and I really learned to hate my HP cams after I got the Kodak. It came with a rechargable battery. I realized, geez when does thing ever need a charge? MY HP cams ate batteries like crazy. IT would go and go and go and hardley ever need a charge. I think I charged it maybe once a month. And I tooks pics for eBay all the time, the soccer games, fishing and ATV riding trips with my kids and it never needed charged. Speakin of, it also came with a FREE printer and I sold the printer so I got the very nice camera on sale and with what I got back for the printer I think it ended up being about $30 for nicer end camera. Then my SIL and daughter wanted a camera and were talking about a budget of $50. Blahh !!! So I got them a smaller Kodak and made sure it was a good rechargeable battery like mine to take plenty of pics of the baby and wanted it to be a quailty cam. I got it on sale for like $89 from $139 and it came one of those 6inch digital frames for FREE. Wellll, I liked the one I bought for them so much, aftere they showed me all the things it did, and how long the battery lasted etc etc. I though mine was 2 years old, time for me to get a new one too, I bought me one like theirs, except by the time I realized this, the same cam was now a 10MP instead of 8MP, so I got me the same cam but 10MP on sale for $99 from $149. I like it. It seems very similar to yours Cz. Its a Kodak V1003. The kids got the V803. Battery lasts forever between charges, nice big LCD I can actually see. Some really nice features. My dauhter loves the panoramic feature where you can take all the pics you want and seem together to make like a mile long pic if you wanted. That is what sold me and made me want one. Not to mention small enough to fit in my pocket where my DX7630 would not. Many times when I go out on Process Service its nice to sneak a pic of the person, or on PI stuff. I can hide the cam and by the time they realize I have a cam, I done got their pic. This is mine except in black. http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/V1003/V1003A.HTM
My daughters mother ended up buying her one too, so that is 3 we have been using for over 18 months and none of us have had any problems whatsoever. Also does decent video for a snap shot cam.

Ya I like it. I just got more familar with it in the past few months so I have been able to fine tune the pics. I noticed the "general picture setting" is garbage for inhouse shots but good for outside in the day light. But now I know how to use it I get great pics everywhere.

Yep, good setting choices once you get in there and see all the diifferant ones. I like to use the "Subjects closer than 28 inches" for ebay pics. It really picks up the #'s on the item, like model and serial #'s really well.

Oh ya. Get a good clear pic. Its funny the wife and kids use the general use setting and they always complain how do you get your pics so clear and ours not.

Well don't teach them how. Just let them you and I are professional photographers and know how to do it right.

Ya, even when I have told them you don't have it on the right one they say to me all the time no this is what it is suppose to be on "see it says general picture taking" I guess they fall under the "general public way of thinking".
