Congrats Mud with your skills in wood working and other stuff your house is going to be in shock when you finish it. Mud look at what im posting below this will help you in the summer time. the door(storm door) blew off in the last wind storm we had last week. seller said they wouldn't fix it. the picture is showing the south-east corner and the doors are on the south-west corner and north wall. more pics next week. realtor called me this morning and said the well/septic inspetion was not on file so they had to wait for that.

make sure thay pump the holding tank for the inspection! if the storm door was there when you made the deal it has to be there at closing....or at least a new one in the garage for you to install

not getting the house. too many problems with the basement walls and the last owner cutting through load bearing walls when he ran pipe for the bathroom.
