Tough Times, Selling on eBay.

Hey Brad, Instead of HiJack-ing your boys 5th Birthday Thread, I'll move it over here.

Hopefully that can come to a halt. I am having it very tough too. Making a little head way though. Still behind on the daily driver, but I am making 2 house payments in 13 days. Thanks to some of my stuff selling on eBay.

Bad thing is what sold mostly was these dumb little CAC Readers and now I am out of them. I made better than $10 each on them. But did sell a couple of printers on Craigs. I thnk the shipping cost is going to hurt on the printers.

No this is a new biz oppurtunity. And only temporary. My process serving biz is in the ditch right now. I used to do 3-4 services a day, 3-4 days a week, now I am not even doing 3 a week. My old eBay biz that was the real money maker was shut down long ago. This is a deal where a guy tried to get me to go in with him and buy 28 pallets of printers from the US Gubment. I said NO, to risky, to much storage space etc etc. So he did it all on his own. He made is money back but thats about it. Now he wanted the junk out of his warehouse so he could get some more profitable merchandise in there. So he was going to put an add on Craigs, FREE come haul it off. I told him don't you dare, if you giving it away, I'll pick it up. So I went to his warehouse about 2 miles from my house in the box van and picked the stuff up at 3 pallets at a time in the box van. You ought to see my house. Good thing I am single. My living room, dining room, and 2 spare bedrooms are my warehouse. I have a path thru the house, thats it. But, its suplementing the income, so I will do what I have to do. Now i am refurbuishing printers. Mostly Laser.

Thanks JeemC. I am sure they will. I don't give up easy and have had bad times in the past. Made it thru them too and came out smelling like a rose. I hope the same this time too.
