some credit card companies will start charging customers for not carrying a balance on their cards during a trial basis starting next year.

bring it on and see how fast i cancel my account!

havent applied for a new card in several years so that doesnt affect me. silver, that is nothing new. big brother has always been watching. always wear a hat out side so they cant see you from the satellite.
