Boy, aren't you folks lucky!

Awhile back I did some work for a professional photographer, building him some studio props in exchange for a photo session. My g/f and I wanted photos we could use on our Christmas cards this year, and that was the perfect way to do it.

Well, he just emailed me one of the proofs, so you guys actually get to see it before my g/f does.

Never let it be said that you don't clean up nice!

I REALLY like the pinstripe shirt with the white tie.

My GF picked out a shortsleeve pinstripe shirt at wal-mart for me awhile back similar to that.

My g/f says the same thing, that I clean up really well.

You can't tell, because I had to really reduce the size of the photo, but the shirt is actually not pinstripe. It's polyester and the pattern is woven into the fabric as 1/2" stripes where the light reflects differently but it's all the same color. I have two others, identical to it, except one in burgundy and one in silver. And the tie, IIRC, is silver metallic, though I do have a couple in white and ivory.

I'll attach a pic of us in the same outfits at a friend's wedding in '06, except for that I wore a red tie.

Truth be told Bernie I think I'd go out and buy that get up just TO dress up!

and yeah taking a second look I can see it's silver. NICE AS HE@# all the same.

It definetly looks sharp. Thanks for the idea should the need arise for me to look spiffy.

I don't know about me being a star YET but I am a legend in my own mind.

Does that count?
