Getting the deuce ready for a parade tomorrow.

I wish I had taken photographs today as we got my Air Force deuce prepped for tomorrows Veterans parade. I have the only tan vehicle in our convoy. I will get some photographs of the parade. We have a lot of military vehicle in it.

Oh my god we took a lot of photographs. I will have to sort through them. I was pulled out of the group I went with so I could haul some retired Marines instead. That was cool, they road in the back and threw candy to the kids. When the kids ran out to get the candy the Marines threw, I then pelted them with more. It was great.

I was home last year on R&R for the same parade. This year I got to drive my own military truck.

I am sorry the photographs are taking so long to post. My wife made me promise not to post them until she has gome thorugh them. I do not know why, thay are not that spectacular.

There were vest from just about every era out there. The ones I hauled were old but still able to climb in the back of that deuce. And let me tell you, there sure wre gald to do it. They were so appreciative of the fact I was able to provide it to them. I had to start out very easy so I did not throw them around. The fact that the wanted to stand up in the back made it worse.

Finaly. This is going to take a while so bear with me. The tan truck is mine. And if any of you have ever wondered how many vintage military jeeps would fit on a Landoll, there you go.
