| Ok, the worst day of my life happened yesterday... I was leaving school and at the stoplight where everybody hangs out, my truck just dies. So, I got out and had some guys to help me push it off to the roadside. It sat there until evening and I was wondering what had gone wrong with it. I felt so stupid because it was so simple. My gas guage is broken and I ran out of gas... This incident is very bad for my reputation because I have the biggest and loudest truck in the parking lot. Anyone ever gone through this terribly embarrassing situation before? |

| Just say your coil went out, easy fix! And be glad that gas was your only problem

| lol with a reputation for the baddest truck I can see why you were humbled... Same thing happened to my mother during the summer when she was going to a friends for dinner. Car stalled and she couldnt figure out why. She had just bought the car used....turns out the gas gauge was broken. She felt really dumb...lol. She counts her miles now and fills it after a certain #. Cars older so its not worth the $ for her to replace the guage.

| i did the same in high school. my guage was broken too. it died as i was leaving the parking lot. i had enough momentum to make it across the street. the worst part is i was headed for a gas station just 1 1/2 miles away! it is so embarrasing. and its hard to hide a truck on 35's on the side of the road. |

| The wonderful thing about pride is it can take a bruising without permanent damage. In the overall scheme of your life this is a minor speed bump. If you can't laugh at yourself some times - who can you laugh at. |
