the BILs new toy

just went and bought both for 2500. all 4wd components work in both and one has the switched lockers in both front and back. steering wheel is on the wrong side which kinda makes it fun to operate, stick shift, but really lots of fun. 3 cyl gas, 660cc, engine with 4 speed stick. only wants the one and wanted to know if i might be interested in the other. one is suzuki, the other mitsu.

i know the pic of his is kinda small and hard to see, so i found an exact pic on the net so that yall can see better what he has.

I looked at the Subaru version of one of those last year, it was the pancake four , but was a rear engine. cool little truck or a big golf cart. Take that one right into the rough to retrieve your lost balls

the weight is not over the front tires. the engine and all is slightly behind the front tires. it is true that the back end has no weight and barely goes in the sand in 2wd but it will climb some good hills in 4wd hi. kinda cool little buggy. i have already test driven one of them a few times. that first gear is WAY low.

Kinda reminds me of a comment Larry the Cable Guy made in the movie Health Inspector about the Prius Hybrid. "What's that thing run on? Strawberry Douche".

they are not street legal because you cant get a title with them. some sort of overseas deal. nothing on the whole truck is written in americanese. it is all chinanese or japanese.
they really are cool little trucks and will tackle mud and rough terrain better than youd think. almost like a miniature jeep, without empting the pockets. sporting around the 12in wheels too.
