| you know where i stand...lol. i am for slammed trucks all the way..like wheel tuckin fender slammed.. not just mild dropped.... i will have the ability to amke my truck look like it is close to factory ride hight when its aired up but when i blow out the bags it will be sitting on the rockers.. there is just something so sexy about a slammed truck.. but you have to take into thought the area that i live in.. it is basically the city. i dont have dirt roads or off road parks around.. we get a little snow inthe winter but thats about all the fun i have year round... dont get me wrong the jimmy is 4wd and i love it.. it will be lifted but i dont see the point in lifting a 2wd truck unless you have dirt to play in. it aint good for the mud. and it will get stuck withthe quickness on rocks and other obsticals... youll see ill trun you guys and gals on to slammed trucks once you see how SEXY mine is |

| When I was snappin pics today i saw that and thought i'd be a cool avatar. The body lift will come after all the body work and paint is done, by me of course. I'm putting back original color, and detailing the engine bay. But that's after I get the stang paid for and restored. Would a body lift be good for it since i want to drive it often?

| I have heard good and bad things about them. So I am not sure. I would think it would be fine, unless you plan to have many heavy loads in the bed, then I wouldn't. Lifting the bed lowers the payload by a huge margin. What is the original color?

| Low riders are for guys who can't get it up!!! lol no offence I just love the saying! I've been climbing in and out of lifted trucks since... Well since I had to be lifted in and had to jump out! My current truck only has 2" suspension lift but I've only been really stuck once I have always prided myself on being a responsible driver you know scoping the holes before I go thru I've seen way to many knuckle heads go bombin in and break their stuff or someone elses stuff! But my truck will be sky high after I pay off my house which only has about $1500 left to go! I'll have pics soon of what I've done soon! But yeah LIFTED all the way! |
