You forgot the poll, so I added one for you

Now, just like with your other poll, is the a question of what we prefer or what we have?

Depending on what or where your going they both do have thier place I like the efi on my bronco when it`s freezing out (start it up and go in till it warms up) but I like my 4 barrel when the high schoolers think they got the stuff ( 78 f250 w/ 400 bored 30 over RV cam edelbrock 750 c6 auto 3.50 ratio)

390FE will become famous soon enough
I went FI.

Couple reasons. Better fuel economy and seems to have more power in a stock based vehicle. Carbs are great for power with a tweeked motor but take my base Toyota 4 banger. More power with EFI than with carb.

But on the other hand I have yet to own a truck with FI in it. My Bronco had EFI but it was a hand me down from the parents so I didn't really buy it.

Carbs are also great for simplicity.

Fuel injected all the wayy!! I'm doin an EFI swap into my '70 pretty soon here, it's soo much better for wheelin and easier to fix when something goes wrong (in my experiences so far)

FI for 4x4's and all other uses as they are much easier to tune and when your up side down FI dosent care it will continue to run, where carbs will stall out when they are at 40*-50* angles. Plus FI always adjust for altitude changes via computer and O2 sensor. Fuel efficiency is much greater with FI. I plan to install FI on my 88 Nissan D21 Z24 motor and maybe a turbo!!!!
