| the only reason i like long beds is becuz my dad used to have one. a 2004 ford f-350 with a crew cab, long bed and single rear wheels, and it had a diesel.

| ive got a shortbed chevy and have seen times with 2700lbs. of hardwood floors 8ft long hanging 3 foot past the tailgate (toolbox uses 18") that i wish i had a longbed but i like the look of a shortbed. |

| Stepside for looks, shortbed off road, longbed for work. My truck is a longbed so it gets used for firewood haulin!
