You do have a choice, regardless of age! Emancipation would free you from the paternal / parental bubble from which you live.
The reason you chose not to, is because you are simply not prepared to take on the world and its responsibilities on your own. Part of that is because you are 15, but none of which is because you have no choice. You always have a choice, which is what we should get back to, the choices that the original post was about!

1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, or 1 ton trucks.
Not financial obligations or whether someone has a bit more cheddar than the other.
Fortunately we all have something in common here, and in some cases money is not the common factor. Our common bond is our appreciation for our vehicles. Could be one guy that loves his old truck that barely runs, but it is his / hers, all his / hers. And then there is the guy with a little more to spend, but the bottom line is when it comes down to having an appreciation for our rides, we are all prety much the same. Heak, we could use you as an example, we havn't given you **** for rollin a box van!
If that question was intended for mudseeker, it was a little out of line and uncalled for that's all.
All of us work pretty hard for our junk, and for some, our junk is not so great, but for others, it is admired.
Have a little respect for others, and if something is there you don't like consider keeping it to yourself. Some comments just donot need to be addressed in a public forum.
I will get off of my box now, and maybe we can return to the original post!

you know, i try to stay out of it. then someone comes along and quotes a reply.

you call yourself an american, saying 911 is important to you and you don't even know what emancipation is or care to learn what it is. it is what america is all about. you really are setting a bad example for your generation. it scares me to think what this country is going to be when your generation becomes adults.

oh and i've tried to bite my tounge but learn to spell!!! it is spelled what not wat and it's your not ur. do they teach spelling in school any more. i know i don't capatalize words on this forum but atleast people can read what i write.
