350, they have a one ton driveline. Dana 60 up front with a sterling 10.25 in the rear.

Dana 50 in the front? What generation are you talking about? Most f-250's have either a D44 or a D60 up front, depending though. Some super duty F-250's have the 60.. but most just have the 44..

anything 99+ has a dana 50. It looks like a dana 60 (uses the same housing) but has smaller internals.

All excursions have Dana 50's up front. There was never one made with a D60. The D60 was used in Dually's from 99 to 02. The 50 was used in trucks until 02. 02 was the first year of the 35 spline 60 with 30 spline outers. This is a ball joint axle with those crappy unit bearings.
All of these vehicles after 99 also had 10,5" rear axles commonly called sterlings, which are actually visteons, but are made at the sterling plant. Any 350 dually recieved a D80 rear axle. None of the SRW trucks ever got a Dana rear axle, and the 550 has a Dana 135.
Even the new 450 uses a D60 front axle, there is no larger front axle than this available.
99-current med duty trucks all have a metric lug pattern.
Never was a Super Duty offered with a D44. However, the D50 is not much stronger than a 44. It uses a ring gear and housing similar to a 60, but has axles that neck down to the size of the D44. Very undesireable.
93 to 97 F250 HD's used the D50 TTB front axle while the 93 to 97HD F350 used a D60 front, all of these used a 10.25 rear axle with 8 x 6.5" pattern.
This should not be confused with the 93-97 ford F250 Ld truck that had a 9.75 rear axle and IFS with 7 lugs. This was an F250 that looked like an F150.
