Yes visit went as well as can be expected. Thanks for asking, I didn't want to sound like a big baby. I have arthritis in lower back, hips, knees, and hands. Too many years of hauling aircraft tires and tool boxes around. Lots of steroid treatments and NSAIDS. I'll be back to myself soon. Just too young to get this ****. Didn't mean to get ya'll all worked up over a date....LOL Just a scenario.

I thought the same thing to vansdonk. You are not the only one here with CHRONIC pain problems and not going to sound like a big baby. There is me and someone else too, but if they want you to know that, they can tell you. I eat medication like a 5yo with a bag of skittles and I aired some of my issues and noone took it like I was being baby. I don't think they did anyway. And if they did, so what, its a fact of life and not going away, so get used to it. It may be a truck forum, and there are a few idiots here, but for the most part, its a great group of people that have discussions about everything as long as it stays clean. Even then, sometimes touches the edges of not so clean, but at least to where its going to go over the young ones heads. For example this thread. Its not so much about trucks is it??? In fact, now we are off topic. So to get on topic, I nominate we add take a date to the Dr's office to the poll. Not that I'd vote for it, but at least it makes it part of the topic now !!! Uck !!! That Ibuprofen 800 just went down sideways. Talk about a horse pill !!!

Akkk... You wanna watch those, or you'll be looking for a new stomach lining one day.

And yeah, I know there aren't any really good choices for chronic pain sufferers, and often you have to take what works, despite the risks and side effects, but knowing what the potential problems are, and what the early symptoms are, can help you to avoid the more serious issues.

You are not kiddin BB. I know what that stuff does just sitting on my tongue if I don't have my water first before I put it in my mouth. It burns and stings just sitting on my tongue, I can only imagine what it does to a stomach. I am supposed to do 3 day of those. I do 2, and I always try to take with a cracker, bread or a meal of some kind. That helps alot. Never wanna take it on an empty stomach.

Trying not to steal thread

So if this poll was still open we could add a different kind of adventure. I say bring her over, take our old person meds for pain and try to have a coherent conversation while watching the Family Guy. If she comes back, she's a keeper.

Oh boy !!! I remember those times when I lived in So Cal. Just a piece of advice, better take plenty of blankets to lay on. Sand in the cracks and crevices isn't very comfy, and it can even be painful !!!

shes a year older than me, she will be graduating this year and im only a junior, but we are in love, and that doesnt change anything. funny thing though, shes only 4 months older than me. if i wasnt so retarded in school i woulda been graduating this year, but ******* me doesnt pay attention in school. and shes had quite an effect on me, i quit smoking, after about 5 years of smoking about a pack and a half a day, i quit for her. shes amazing. but yeah, we are probably going to lay on the hood of my new c10, or lay in the bed. we said we are not going to have sex until we get married so i dont need condoms, cuz we enjoy not ruining a relationshiop with sex. our relationship is so much stronger cuz we took it slow. thanks shd, i will follow my heart

oh, another edit, i shaved my beard. lol <<--avatar, she said she wouldnt kiss me with that beard cuz it was all sgraggly, so i shaved it.
