So can I take the head and intake from a 22RE and put it on a 22R block?

okay so I re-read this post and 75k30 already told me they were not interchangeable for cost purposes. if i can get the 22R for $300 and already have a complete 22RE what more would one have to spend to make the 22R take the 22RE head and intake?

Have a 22re in my truck...151k not a sound and check the pics to see what it pulls around with it. Those boxes are full of tools and material. **** amazing engine...never burnt a drop of oil. needs a water pump now.
