Ok I am looking for a truck as a daily driver and for a 4x4 truck to have some fun in. I found a 1990 toyota pick up 4x4 5speed with only 84k miles on the original engine. the paint is peeling revealing primer underneath. body is straight. Truck costs $3,800. I believe it is worth it but wanted to get someone elses opinion. ![]()

Those trucks are getting rare! If it really has 84K miles on it you may have a bargain there. They were prone to severely rusted frames so I'd check the frame very thoroughly.

Offer them $3000.00 dollars cash meaning drive out they will take it if not walk out they will call you back. Now with the saved $800.00 dollars buy some new mud tires. I know what im talking about because if you tell them as is I asked my brother for $1000.00 bucks to complete $3000.00 they will see that your are really meaning what your saying. Good luck! GMC PS-Remember they probably bought the truck dirt cheap.
