tundra tranny oil change

2005 tundra with 4.7 and auto trans. About 35K miles. Would like to change tranny oil.
Does anyone know oil spec? How much to refill when pulling pan to change filter?
How to fill pan?

should all be located in the toy manual in the glove box. did you not get one??

Shooot! I never thought of lookin' there!
I figgered it was like my wife's Audi and them German's gots to have their secrets.
Thanks, I'll go see if I can find the owner's manual and check it out.
