| I have an 86 toyo pu with a 22-R Carberated truck. After I adjusted the valves recently, I noticed that the idle was fast (1100 RPM). It is steady and constant. Has been that way for a few months. I can't see a vacuum leak or anything unplugged. The only thing that I knowingly did that may have affected it is turn the throttle all the way open when disconnecting the throttle cable. It has 300K miles. Anyone have an idea what it is and how to fix it? |

| Try adjusting the throttle cable. if it's taught then it might keep the throttle partially open all the time. |
