**89 Toyota Pickup Clutch**

I have a 1989 Toyota Pickup 2wd, 5 speed manual, 22re. I am having problems with it shifting. If you are just sitting there with the truck off and press in on the clutch and try to shift it works great. When you first press in on the clutch and crank it up and never releasing the clutch and try to shift it works great. But after you release the clutch and press back in on the clutch it will not shift. I have just put a new slave cylinder on the truck and bleed the system and it has a good pedal. The truck has 122,000 orginal miles on it and nothing has ever been done to it. What could it be???????????
