Need help with a 2004 Tundra

I bought a new Tundra 4x4 with the Gulf States sports package which primarily switched out the std 16-17" wheels for 20" wheels and tires. My problem: at a little over 5-6000 miles ALL the tires cupped on the inside . So now instead of a great ride I basically have a cattle feed truck as far as road feel and sound are concerned. My local dealership where I bought the truck found the problem; apparently Gulf States didn't install "wheel adapters" when they did the conversion. My local dealer installed the proper adapters, but even now they say maybe it is caused by the Toyo Proxes s/t tires. My local dealer also says this isn't an isolated problem, that's probably why Gulf States has denied there is a problem. What can I do? Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Did you take pictures before they did the repairs. What are you hoping for? A full refund? Best course of action is to start with a well written letter outlining the problem and what you're hoping for. Attach a copy of the repair bill from your local dealer.

Do you have a small claims court in your area. That might be your next step. Let us know how it goes.
