Hub problem for tacoma 4x4, help!

I have 4 cyl. standard cab and used the four wheel drive one day and forget to free the hubs after i was done for about 2 months. Now when I put it in four wheel drive it seems that the tires rotate with difficulty and it pulls to the left some. Did something wear out that needs to be replaced or is this normal. Before this point it was four wheelin fine with some tension on the tires when i was going straight but now its alot worse. I can still go fast its just i want to make sure nothins broke or needs replacing. Thank You for looking at my thread....
