 | '98 suspension - fail! have a '98 Tacoma, was told to watch out for the ball joints due to failure and causing tire to fold under vehicle! anyone else seen this? truck has 170k miles, city driven 95% and has 31" tires. |

 | have you ever put ball joints on it yet? any truck can fold over if they are not takin care of. but if it was me that many miles on it i would change them 9yrs old and 170k miles yeah safty first or check them out and see how lose they are and all.

| All ball joint will fold when they fail. Ni biggie, Just keep em greased adn inspect your front end every now and then and you will be fine. if they are worn, replace em.
