Ok so I am lookin to sell my truck. So why am I selling it? I'm selling it because I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it. I really like it but i'm not using it for what it was built for. I've had it since July of last year and I think I've took it off roading a handful of times. I mostly use it to drive 2 miles to the dump. It has alot of mods. And here they are : 4in Lift all parts from Toyota, New 488 gears, 33 in Super Swampers, tinted windows, hardwired raddar detector (old school one), After Market Gauges, Welded in Roll Cage w/ Pads, Custom rear bumper, Grant stearing wheel (or Grant style i'd have to double check), New Sears Die Hard SUV Battery, and I'm sure there is others i'm forgeting. As for engine Mods It has a 22R w/ LSC stage 2 cam, chrome Header, new water pump, Intake with duel webber carbs, Flow Master Exhaust that comes out in front of the rear wheel, Magna core wires, NGK Plugs and again i'm sure i'm missing some thing else. Truck has been running on syntetic oil. The Truck has very little rot on the frame, which is from a 85, the cab has a few small rot spots starting that were not fixed when the truck was painted . previous owners call not mine. The bed is off of a 83 toyota and it is exactly the same as far as bodyline goes. The bed is the only part on the truck that truely needs attention. it is rotting under the paint. The engine was rebuilt out of an 87 22R motor. The only problems with the truck are that I have not been able to get sufficent heat to the cab to keep it warm, hood won't close all the way (bent latch. someone stopped to look at the truck and slamed the hood down and now it doesn't latch correctly. easy fix but I don't have the time to do it ), and the R/R leaf spring mount needs to be rewelded on to the frame. Where the mount is is the only real rot spot on the frame. It is welded up so it can drive but it should be addressed before regestering it. The truck only has 88k on it, at least the cab. Less on the motor but not sure on exact miles on rebuilt engine. Previous owner did not have the exact milage available but the mechanic who worked on truck for him confermed that it was done. The previous owner had all of the major motor work was done buy Toyota. I'm Looking to get $3000 for the truck. I might be intrested in trades for a VW Corrado, GTI, TDI, or 70's MOPAR. They are probley the only things I would be intrested in at this time. Cash preffered but if someones is really intrested we can try to work some thing out.
