| 97.698785 % of the time. You can download the book, users guide, quick start guide etc offline. And as far as the cable, I rarely use mine. I use a media reader. Much quicker to download the pics to the comptuer, and not use up battery life to download your pics. So even if you have a donor without all the stuff, grab a hold of it. Or check the model # first to see if you can get the manuals and what kind of memory chip it uses. My cams have paid for themselves in batteries I did not use compared to what my older HP cams used. Sold the other cams quite some time ago though. Sorry.
