Classifed sticky can we have one?

Could we have a sticky note at the top of the Classified Section saying if you don't put a price or a location your thread will be deleted when a mod sees it.
It would be nice if we could look at a thread with out asking the person. If they want to sell something they should be able to put this in the first post without anyone asking.

I think it's a good idea to have a sticky with helpful tips to posting a classified ad, but I don't know if we (mods) should be deleting them if they don't have the information listed.

We usually catch people that dont include all info and request that info to be added. Seems to work more effectively than deleting the thread.
