6.0 Liter

I have an 03' 6.0 liter out of a chevy truck(not an SS) with 60K miles for sale. Aluminum heads were just rebuilt. New valves, valve grind, seals, all felpro gaskets, and ARP head bolts. Complete with oil pan, damper, water pump, valve covers, and exhaust manifolds. $1600 OBO. Grand Rapids. Mi.

couple of questions. if the engine is only an 03 with 60K, which is not bad, why so many new and rebuilt parts on it?? is this out of a wrecked vehicle??
