wanted: tool chest for truck

i'm looking for a flush mount tool chest for my truck to unclutter the cab of my truck and to keep spare parts and tools for when the truck feels like acting up agian. any info on this would be great, the flush mount design seems to be hard to come by.

does walmart carry them year round in your area? i don't think i have seen one at any of my local walmarts? did it span the whole width of the bed? my truck only has 4 tie downs on the bed rail, so i would hate to lose the front 2 because of the tool box.

his has got a few inches differance in the bed width but aint bad. since you have the spray liner, i would take a tie down around the bos and put it through the holes underneath the two front corners of the bed rails. i havent looked to see if they sell them all year long, i despise walmart. they might carry them in lawn/garden or next to the rv stuff in automotive.

lol, i use to work at wally world. i know how you feel about them. i heard my old store manager just got fired after 15 years for bringing his under age son to work in the back. can you say slave labor? i think i found one at homedepot that i like, it's special order so they couldn't tell me the price but we'll see.

i was an overnight grocery manager when i worked there. nearly the highest hourly paid employee there. but me and my assist manager were good friends if you catch my drift. what do they have, a plastic box like what i was describing??

i worked overnights during my year and half there. around the time i left there were a bunch of guys fighting over radio stations. i found out while i had my 2 days off one of the guys brought a bunch of his pit bulls, a bunch of buddies and a few hand guns to work waiting for the other guy to come out of work. i knew i wasn't working in a good neighberhood but i didn't think it was that bad.

the box i am looking at is a regular metal truck box but it's flush with the bed rails. they have a stainless steel one in stock but i want a black one to go with the brush gaurd and bed liner.

Those are some nice boxes mud. I've got one like that in my rig but it came with the truck. It's got a john deere tag on it so I don't know how much it would've cost.
