 |  Turnpike to lower truck tolls (Port Clinton News Herald) The state will cut tolls for big rigs using the Ohio Turnpike as a way to move trucks off overloaded two-lane roads, Gov. Bob Taft said Monday. Beginning in February, the turnpike will begin an 18-month trial of lower tolls for commercial trucks.
