honestly i dont think it would be a bad idea to put all our automotive comanies totally overseas... people have to buy cars... there really isnt a way around it... most people now are buying imports for the cost and fuel econemy because the big 3 hve to have there prices so high just to make a buck... why pay 45000 dollars for a gm when you can get a honda that gets better gas milage and is 20000 cheaper...

so how do you expect people to be able to afford a vehicle when all the jobs are overseas? most of the suppliers are overseas, if the factories went there too, then whats left for our country job wise. not everyone in this country has/had the luxury to go to college. are we all supposed to work retail or flip burgers for a living?

If the government bails this company out, won't every major company be looking for help? Where do you draw the line?

we need more regulation on coorperations... there is no ceo or anyone for that matter worth the money they get for salary especially when a company is broke come on its commen sense... mud when money gets tight for you and your family you have to cut back and make sacrafices... we all do... if not we would all have our dream trucks instead of talking about them on here lol... so why dont the big companies do the same... cut back in areas like ceo pay and things that are rediculous... the government needs to do the same...

Two reasons why the foreign companys arn't hurting as bas is, no unions (which drives up prices) and as much as I hate to say it better quality products. But I agree with the bail out. If they go under my mom would lose what she gets from my dads pension.
