Sorry, I like my Lincolns.

Do they need to simplify? yes. But, luxury cars have been around just as long as regular ones.

Well lincoln is a subsidary of ford! Lincoln is still doing ok. Just like Pontiac is still doing ok. From what I understand! Don't hold me to it!

Lincoln is not doing ok, lol They are nearly just in much trouble as the rest. The Town Car is pretty much about ot die off, the MKZ,MKS, etc look like copies of other cars, or other cars just as nice can be had for much less. As much as I hate saying this, when I look at Lincoln now, it's barely a passing glance. Only car I would ever buy is a Town Car. I own two, technically, although the Continental is the predecessor to it. And, once you own one, you'll never buy anything else.

I personally like FMC, and I have no problem with Chevy/GMC really, but....I don't know how to explain, it's complicated, lol.

Yeah I understand the complicated! I'm the same for chevy!! Like I said don't hold me to it. All I ever hear about are the BIG 3 and I know they are all owned by the BIG 3 but I never hear about them so I thought they where fine.

yes it is horrible that the auto makers are not doing well but the world has changed in the last 30 years. GM and ford don't own the market anymore. They sell too many cars that are the same. An saturn ion is the same as a cobalt which is the same as a G5. They need to cut down their cars and dealerships. Toyota owns half the dealerships that GM has and they sell the same amount of cars. As for the health benefits, I agree it would be horrible to have to pay for everything yourself but I woulndt know what that is like. Canada has medicare which covers everything for you. They take a small percentage of tax from everyone and then you get free healthcare whenever you need it.
