While $8 million in medical supplies were being loaded on a truck at the Brother's Brother Foundation warehouse on the North Side, Dr. Chandrappa S. Reshmi was passing out little orange, green and white ribbons -- the colors of the Indian flag -- and talking about ways to help tsunami victims in India and other Southeastern Asia nations.
