PHILADELPHIA -- The girl at the center of a kidnapping trial involving an ice cream vendor takes the stand Tuesday. Mohammad Saleh is accused of pulling 12-year-old Jessica Galdo (pictured, left, in May) into his ice cream truck in Port Richmond, then driving off with her inside.
