Blagojevich vetoes ATV trails in state parks (Quad City Times)

SPRINGFIELD A proposal allowing off-road vehicle trails to be built in state parks ran out of gas earlier this week. Gov. Rod Blagojevich raised concerns that Senate Bill 2272 s goal of increasing ATV and dirt bike traffic in state parks would harm the environment.
