 |  Planners torpedo taco truck at station (Manteca Bulletin) Don't expect to grab a taco while gassing up your car anytime soon. Tuesday night the Manteca Planning Commission turned down an application for a conditional use permit for Bertha Yanez to operate a mobile catering truck out of the parking lot of the Gas Depot located at 1130 E.
