On Wednesday, Sept. 1, the National Press Club will host a Newsmaker news conference assessing draft rules on the use of all- terrain vehicles (ATVs), dirt bikes and other off-road vehicles on America's National Forests and Grasslands. By the time of the news conference, the public will have less than two weeks to comment on the proposed rules.
