Consumers who buy 2007 model-year GM cars and light trucks will have extended powertrain warranty coverage for 5 years or 100,000 miles, General Motors Corp. announced Wednesday.

Talk about believing in your products.
Doesnt foreign automakers offer 100,000 mile warranties also??

I am hoping I can get our warranty extended on the exploder when it gets neear expiring. It is already in the shop. Brake issues and advance trac discreps. It is spending the night at the dealer for furthur investigation. Now ford guys, brag em up! I can tell yu our old chevy never had an issue till 130k miles and it was little stuff even then.

i finally got rid of one of my fords yesterday. woman bought it from me to finish out a 67 F900. got a pic of it, man its a beauty.

DETROIT - Executives of General Motors Corp. and Ford Motor Co. have discussed a possible merger or alliance, the trade journal Automotive News reported Monday. Both companies declined comment.

What is this world coming to?!?!

what do you think they will call them selves? forvy or chord. the silveranger will be their new mid size model.

as long as it stays american i guess it don't matter.
