MORE than two thirds of Londoners would support extra road taxes for drivers of 4x4s, according to a new survey. The poll, commissioned by financial services and advisory consultancy KPMG, adds fuel to an already heated debate between environmentalists, road safety lobbyists, and motor manufacturers.
