Need help with a 91 Toyota P/Up that will crank but no start. Any suggestions. I have tried to pop the clutch while being pulled, the engine will crank over but once I hit the gas its boogs down.

Engine is 2.4L L42BL. It is a custom truck that I do not drive a lot and has sat for a little while. I have drained the old gas out of the tank and lines. I have removed the starter and had it tested to make sure that wasnt it either. The truck used to run fine before it sat. I have jumped it before by poppin the clutch while being pulled. The engine is completely rebuilt and has around 25000 miles on it. When I turn the truck on I can hear the pump turn on.
