    yes one of their clubs had a rally near me a few years back....they were out playing in the mud

    Made in France, I believe.
    I thinking they "WERE" or are using the flathead ford V8s in some of them, with a bit of upgraded work.

    It seemed to Me that, either, parts from those flatheads would firt into the original flathead V8s, or, the complete engines would set in, in place of the originals. I juz can not rememer.

    Still, though, it seemed that the flathead engines from the unimog was in the several thousand dollar range.
