Picked up a Jeepster Commando

    I have wanted one of these for a lot of years. I have yet to find one that was priced reasonable. Until now that is. This one is far from ideal, but there is a lot more to work with than most I have found at three times as much money. Pictured is how I found it. I have already transported it home and gone over it.

    Looks good from what I have seen. It needs floor boards though.

    Maybe it belonged to Fred Flintstone... has a lot of potential though, even if it needs some work.

    That is the problem I was having. When I found one it was in terrible shape and the seller wanted way too much. This one might be in bad shape, but at least I got it cheap. The seller wanted to turn it into a planter in front of his business.

    If you do your own body work, that'll save plenty... and turning that rig into a planter is like sacrilege, LOL.
