I have a 98 Chevy 2500 with a 350. I've changed the cap, rotor and ignition coil. It still sputters while driving normal not during acceleration. And at idle when it's in drive it has an occasional " hiccup" nothing constantly. Any ideas?

Did . Seems electrical. The only easy things I haven't tried are plugs, wires and the pickup in the distributor.

Myself I wouldn't throw parts at a dist. if it has a bunch of miles. A new standard products complete with cap can be had for under $100 from rock auto . start buying cap , rotor pickup coil etc it adds up fast .with new dist you have everything including module .

Plugs and wires would help. Mine had a bad sputter and stutter under load at about 30 mph, tried plugs no dice, changed wires and it cleared it up, run smooth and hard no stutter or stumble or sputter.
