I have a 1989 pickup, it is a manual, 4x4, and has the 3.0L. I just got it 2 weeks ago for a weekend warrior type truck. It smoke a bit when you would start it up, but then go away in a couple minutes, now it just billows smoke and does not go away. Seems like it is probably the head gasket, but I wouldn't mind rebuilding the motor since it has a ton of miles on it. Where can I find a good rebuilt motor or someone to rebuild the motor in the Seattle area?

It could be a clogged up PCV valve cheap part or bad valve guide seals view the video below.

Hit up google for your area and start reviewing places that rebuild motors.
