    Good afternoon all

    so I have a 2003 sierra slt
I recently removed the driver and passenger seat to install heated seats. I reinstalled the seats, plugged everything back in, and have the light now

I did start the truck and drive it out of the garage without the seats so it triggered the light to come on for my srs and "service air bag" across the dash.

how do I reset this? can I do it with my OBDII reader that I use for engine codes?
    Thanks in advance,

    Danny

Can always try disconnecting the Neg Batt cable for a few minutes

Can't use an OBD reader. If the battery disconnect does not work, you need someone (dealer, shop, etc) with an ABS code reader to reset the code.

you have to force a relearn, the best way is to remove both batt cables and touch them together (obviously with out anything hooked up to the battery) this will force all capacitors to deplete and reset to factory specs. if the light is on after its a memory fault and has to be cleared by a otc or dealer scanner.
