What messes me up is when rain is coming or here and weather change hurts my back/body but I’m going to beat it hey guys I have even had extra pain pills towards the end of the month so I’m doing good oh Aleve does help me.

I use a heat pad some times and a electric massager The Thumper does wonders.

I had my left knee scoped about 8 yrs ago in the Army for a torn Meniscus, :hah:which is now my good knee. I hurt my lower back just before I got out in 2011, that flares up from time to time. I've been on lite duty at work for about 10 weeks now due to a right knee injury. I'll be turning 46 this month and some days I feel like 86..... :help: I agree with you @Kennyray , we don't realize how much abuse our bodies are taking until we start getting up there in age.

I am in the same boat my left knee is bad think it has to do with the meniscus, I have a brace I wear when I feel going to be bad day with it. But a couple days ago it hurt so bad I couldn't walk or move had me in tears which I can handle pain, and it migrated up into my thigh and down into my calf, after trying a heat pad, pain meds a pulsating massager, finally some capsacian muscle cream settled it down. It still has it moments wonder if its not from my muscle getting tense or weather playing with it, but I can see it does not feel good at all and am sure I will have to surgery on it one of these days, and being only 41 I ain't looking forward to it unless it gets really bad.

If you want to fix a bad/sick/sour stomach ...try the apple cider vinegar.

Thats not good, you have to stay off of it completely no weight on that knee at all I think for a couple weeks. My dad is kinda in the same boat with his knee as well, and thats what my mom was saying he won't being able to walk at all on it. His work is alot of desk work but does have to go to jobs sites and travels for work so when this happens.....yep its nothing but desk work and he hates doing that.

Yeah when I had my Left knee done 8 years ago. Physical Therapy started the next day, I was up on it when I got home from surgery using a crutch. It was on it full bore in a week.. I'm hoping this time is as smooth.
