Hello all, Just joined here, thought I might be able to glean some knowledge, help with some truck issues as they arise. I have a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban, a 1998 Dodge Dakota, and a 1997 F250. I didn't ever think about how strange that may seem to some of you... No brand loyalty, I guess!
Anyway, thanks for having me, I'm going to jump over and ask a Ford question now.

Hi J.R. and welcome to the forum.
With a lineup like that, You must really have a knowledge of about anything that is made.
Biggest problem in the firum is to find someone that is knowledgeable in the off brands, especially the Fords.
Maybe something is wrong, it seems that whenever there is a question about Fords, the Ford people hardly ever answer.
Maybe either the GM people stick tightly together or possibly the GMz has more problems. Diesn`t seem like a lot of Qz on Fords but many on GMz and, GMz is soooo easy to work on too.:help::no:

A lineup like that comes from being a cheapskate, buying hi mileage, for less money. The Suburban is my main ride, 273*** miles, Dakota for running around town, just got the F250 for some personal snow plowing. I've owned a lot of junk in my day, and this is probably the best junk I've ever had! Thanks for the welcome!

Draw your own assumptions, but the only reason I bought the Dakota, was that it had a blown engine. Paid $250.00 for the truck, $250.00 for an engine.
I kind'a like driving it for that reason.:)
