    UPDATE:

    Started rebuilding the NV4500
    so far i am in the rebuilt parts wise $360.
    Saw pitting on the 5th gear synchro where the cage bearing goes.
    Will call and price it tomorrow.
    Main output shaft almost done.

    UPDATE:
    Added shims as the meter gauge changed. Shaft is setting good at 0.003"
    Forgot to take photos from last update until i completed the transmission rebuild. New Luk clutch kit arrived today. Now i just have to wait for better weather to pull the automatic and install the manual. Local Napa was wanting $350+tax for the kit but instead i went to partsgeek.com and got the kit with fedex delivery for $185. Have it now for $350+tax or wait 3 days and pay $185 instead for the same thing.

    UPDATE:

    Pulled the flex plate off.
    Installed pilot bearing, Flywheel,clutch,pressure plate and Bell housing. Found the rear main seals where leaking after i pulled the flex plate. Sense there was room i replaced the oil pressure sensor i been another daying for a wial. Replaced the rear mains and are good to go. Calling it quits for today.

    Noticed a problem bolting in the drive shaft, it was 8-10" too short.
